First Lady of Ukraine meets trauma experts at the Edmond and Lily Safra Children’s Hospital to discuss resilience
The First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, and her counterpart, the First Lady of Israel, Michal Herzog, visited the pediatric psychiatry department of Sheba’s Edmond and Lily Safra Children’s Hospital, among other medical facilities in Israel, in order to prepare the healing of minds during and after a war.
Impressed by what she saw, including the education department, the First Lady of Ukraine thanked the hosts and wished for stronger cooperation.
Mrs. Zelenska commented: “Today I was able to personally express my gratitude to the representatives of these organizations and my colleague Michal Herzog, for whose support the training is taking place. Invaluable help – thanks to which we bring Ukrainians back to life.”
